Lenxel provides educational tools enhanced by artificial intelligence to improve learning outcomes. This policy applies to all users of our platform, including educators, students, and administrators.

  • Educational & Input Data: This includes “Prompts” (text, documents, or data you provide to the AI) and “Outputs” (the content generated by the AI).
  • License & Site Data: To manage your subscription and prevent unauthorized use, we collect your WordPress site URL and an associated unique License Key.
Lenxel Core WordPress Plugin – Data Collection
Our WordPress plugin collects data based on your explicit usage and consent:
  • AI Course Generation: When you click “Generate with AI,” we collect the course title, description, supporting files, your API key, and site URL. This is processed via wp_remote_post() to our API at https://api.lenxel.ai.
  • API Key Validation: When you enter an API key, we collect the key and site URL for usage tracking and validation.
  • Deactivation Feedback (Opt-In Only): This feature is disabled by default. If you opt-in via LenxelWP → Privacy & Feedback, we collect your deactivation reason, optional comments, and site URL. This data is sent through a Google Cloud Run endpoint to our internal Slack workspace.

Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.
Institutional Use:

If you are an educational institution using Lenxel with students under 13, you represent that you have the authority to consent to the collection of student data for educational purposes in compliance with COPPA or local equivalent laws. Lenxel acts as a service provider (Data Processor) in these instances.
