These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lenxel platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Lenxel provides an AI-enhanced learning platform that includes course management, content delivery, progress tracking, analytics, and integration with third-party services such as payment processors and AI models. The Service may be updated or modified at our discretion.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We offer different account types, including free and premium plans. Premium features may require payment as outlined in our pricing.
Lenxel Core WordPress Plugin Terms
- Optional Features: * Deactivation Feedback: This feature is disabled by default. By enabling it in LenxelWP → Privacy & Feedback, you consent to the collection of feedback data transmitted through our Google Cloud Run endpoint (operated by Lenxel/Ogun Labs) to our internal Slack workspace. You may skip this feedback at any time even when enabled.
- AI Course Generation: You acknowledge that content submitted for AI generation is temporarily processed by our API and that AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication.
- Free and Commercial Use: The plugin is licensed under GPL v3. While the plugin is free, AI credits may require purchase after exhausting free allocations. Commercial use of AI-generated content is permitted.
External Services & Third-Party Integrations
Lenxel AI API: For course content generation.
- Google Maps JavaScript API: For interactive maps and theme admin fields.
- Google Fonts API: For typography loading.
- Vimeo API: For video thumbnail retrieval.
- Lenxel User Portal: For account and credit management.
- Redux.io Custom Fonts API: For optional font file conversion.
- Deactivation Feedback Service: Via Google Cloud Run and Slack (Opt-in only).
Third-Party Vendor Libraries: The plugin includes libraries (React Router, Owl Carousel, Redux Framework) that may contain reference URLs in their source code. These URLs are for documentation/reference only and do not transmit user data during operation.
Some features of the Service require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers like Stripe. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
- AI Features and Credits: Certain features use “AI Credits.” Credits are consumed based on the complexity of the task (e.g., quiz generation vs. course outlines).
- Allocations: Subscription plans include a monthly recurring credit allocation. Unused monthly credits do not “roll over” to the next month unless specified.
- Credit Packs: One-time Credit Packs are non-refundable and remain active as long as the account is in good standing.
- No Cash Value: Credits are a service limit, not a monetary balance. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload or share content that violates intellectual property rights.
- Interfere with the Service’s operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Lenxel or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Service.
Lenxel utilizes third-party artificial intelligence models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini) to generate content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. Lenxel does not warrant the accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated output.
